Face Yoga is a non invasive technique to take care of the face, neck, and shoulders. It incorporates massage and exercises to stimulate the muscles and skin, and activate the lymphatic system — waking up sleeping muscles, relax over working muscles, lifting the skin, and reducing wrinkles.
